Return Policy

S.A.G. is committed to excellence in retailing. Customer satisfaction is an integral part of this commitment. This is reflected in our Returns Policy and means that you can shop at S.A.G. with confidence knowing that we can offer you repairs, exchanges and refunds.

Any legitimate claim will be met with a positive response from S.A.G..

We accept returns of defective products. Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the sender. If you ship to us you will pay for the shipping and when we ship back to you, we will pay.

Shipping can be with any method as long as the person receiving the product has to sign for it so that there is clear proof of the shipment being received.

All our electronics products are bench tested under real conditions before they leave us to make sure they work properly. However in the unlikely event that there is any problem with our product you may return it for replacement.

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, S.A.G. may, at its discretion, provide you with a repair or exchange to the current value of the goods on most merchandise.

Please note that S.A.G. has the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods prior to offering a repair or an exchange.

S.A.G. may provide you with an exchange or refund using your original payment method, if the items are found to be faulty, not doing what they're supposed to do, significantly different to those shown or described to you and are returned unopened.

S.A.G. may, at its discretion, offer you with an exchange to the current value of the goods if items are returned unopened. If items are found to be faulty, S.A.G. will offer you an exchange for an identical item.

If the product failed because of poor workmanship or materials there will be no charge for repair or replacement.

If the product has been damaged by the user/customer there will be a charge for repair at a rate of 22.00 Euro per hour.

In no way will S.A.G. be responsible for misuse of our products this includes exceeding the stated products specifications or incorrect installation of the product.

Electrical items

Refunds, exchanges and repairs will not be provided after delivery has occurred unless the item is faulty, not doing what they're supposed to do, significantly different to those shown or described to you.

If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.

Electrical items have a manufacturer's warranty. Our sales team can advise you of the conditions of the warranty, or for further information you can contact the manufacturer or supplier directly.

Please choose carefully when purchasing the following types of merchandise as refunds and exchanges will not be provided unless the product is faulty, not doing what they're supposed to do, significantly different to those shown or described to you.

  • Custom made, and altered products

Refunds and exchanges will also not be provided on the following types of merchandise unless the product is faulty, not doing what they're supposed to do, significantly different to those shown or described to you and, at our discretion, if the packaging is unopened and all original documents are attached.

If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.

Privacy

S.A.G. is committed to protecting your privacy. You will be asked for information that is relevant to your transaction or to satisfy legislative requirements.

When returning merchandise with satisfactory proof of purchase, you will be asked for your signature as authorization of the return transaction. Without satisfactory proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide photo identification containing your full name, signature and expiration date, so that your name and signature can be verified.
